Overview

The hotel offers 12 rooms:
· 2 Superior Double Rooms (with a balcony overlooking the Arco di Riccardo)
· 8 Standard Double Rooms (with either a double bed or two single beds), some equipped with a sofa bed (90 cm x 180 cm)
· 1 Triple Room (with a double bed and a single bed or three single beds), and upon request, we can offer up to two additional rooms
· 1 Single Room (with a single bed)

Check-in: From 14:00 to 19:00

Check out: From 08:00 to 10:00

Free cancellation: If you cancel your reservation up to 3 days before the check-in date, no penalty will apply.

• Standard rate cancellation: If you cancel your reservation within 2 days of the check-in date, the penalty will be equal to the first night.
• Non-refundable rate: Full payment is required in advance, and no refunds are offered for cancellations.

A tourist tax of €1.20 per person per day is charged for the rooms. The tax applies up to the 5th day of stay; from the 6th day onward, it is not charged.

Children Policy:

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Crib for children aged 0 to 2 is available free of charge upon request.

Pets are welcome free of charge. A courtesy kit is provided, including a water bowl, food bowl, and an absorbent mat.

Parking Information:

• The hotel offers a private garage used as a bicycle and motorcycle storage.
• We have a partnership with Park San Giusto, offering a 10% discount for our guests.
